Listen installations are our pride and joy. Our staff of technicians
and trainers is second to none. We treat every install as if it
is our own office. We are demanding of both the client and ourselves
to meet specific dates agreed to at our pre-install meetings. We

REMOTE MAINTENANCE
Listen provides service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Most of
our service calls can be done remotely via modem. If there is a
problem with the equipment we are able to diagnose the problem before
we come out. That way, if a site visit is required, the technician
will already have the necessary parts and knowledge to repair the
equipment. The advantage to your business is that problems are handled
quicker and your staff is available to handle other issues instead
of waiting for service.

VOICE AND DATA CONVERGENCE
Listen has a distinct advantage over traditional phone system vendors.
As a data VAR we have setup private networks for many of our clients
and we understand the advantages of using the data network to transport
voice. However, as a traditional phone vendor, we also understand
the Quality of Service that is expected of a voice network and that
it cannot be compromised. Our experience with both voice and data
makes us well positioned to help our clients migrate to Voice over
