REMOTE MAINTENANCE
Listen provides service 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Most of our service calls can be done remotely via modem or the internet. If there is a problem with the equipment we are able to diagnose the problem before we come out. That way, if a site visit is required, the technician will already have the necessary parts and knowledge to repair the equipment. The advantage to your business is that problems are handled quicker and your staff is available to handle other issues instead of waiting for service.

VOICE AND DATA CONVERGENCE
Listen has a distinct advantage over traditional phone system vendors.
